This week, T.J. is joined by Adam Gordon, local San Diegan attorney, who previously served as a Deputy District Attorney in the San Diego County District Attorney’s office.

The two discuss election reform and criminal justice - including campaign contributions, free speech, body-worn cameras, over-criminalization, asset forfeiture, and more.

Mr. Gordon helped successfully prosecute the notorious Dr. J’s Liquor Store double-murder case as well as the trial of one of the gang members who murdered Oceanside Police Officer Dan Bessant. He handled 30 jury trials during this time as well as served as an elected board member of the Deputy District Attorneys Association.

Gordon is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Virginia School of Law. Mr. Gordon currently practices business litigation and white collar defense for the law firm of Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek in San Diego.
