Updated: 21 Nov, 2022The lawsuit Wilding v Democratic National Committee Services Corporation has been appealed to the Eleventh Circuit. This is the case, filed in 2016, by Bernie Sanders supporters who had donated money to the Democratic Party, and who feel the party defrauded them because its rules said it would be neutral in the presidential nomination battle, yet in reality national party leaders seem to not been neutral. The case is now 17-14194.
